Refund Policy

Subscriptions

STRUQO offers monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access through that date.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you are unsatisfied for any reason. To request a refund, email support@struqo.com with your account email and the reason for the request. Refunds after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

No Partial Refunds

We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle after the 7-day window has passed.
